I guess I’ll kick off the new-new with a rundown of my summer events. Buckle up your pants, we did a lot this summer. I’ll recap our events, but the biggest thing that has happened this summer is quitting my job at a corrupt insurance office to go back to working with GameChops in a heavier role.

Speaking of GameChops however, Dj CUTMAN or as some know him, Chris, tied the knot with his lovely paramour Maddie in May, they held their reception/party at TIME in Philly. The venue was so lovely. Joe and I got a chance to hear some live music downstairs and catch up with the groom for a little while, I had some Pernod absinthe and managed to launch a sugar cube clear across the bar because I am a portrait of elegance and poise.

Then in early June the travel gods blessed us, the planets aligned, and we got a visit from Mick! Since he moved out to the west coast I don’t get to see him too much outside of the discord server but I was so happy to give him the biggest hugs and spend some time together, along with the ever-lovely Bri, who I am lucky enough to get more frequent hangouts with.

Later in June, my mother turned 50! So we all threw her a big ol bash that included way too many decorations, lots of fun and grilling. We spent 2 days getting the house ready, and of course, as always my dad is the real MVP for covering everything and whisking my mom off to Vegas!
